At BCBG°, we partnered with Go Energy to launch an innovative new gas station brand—a unique collaboration between a visionary Mexican entrepreneur and a leading Danish sustainable energy company. This venture represented a bold new approach to energy retail, merging traditional fuel services with a forward-thinking commitment to clean energy and sustainability.

The strategic challenge was multifaceted: create a distinctive brand identity that appealed to both traditional drivers and environmentally conscious consumers, establish a new market category that didn't yet exist, and successfully integrate two different corporate cultures and business philosophies. We needed to position Go Energy as neither purely traditional nor purely green, but rather as the intelligent bridge between the two.

Our approach involved comprehensive brand strategy development. We crafted a compelling brand narrative that communicated the vision of a cleaner energy future without alienating traditional fuel customers. We designed the visual identity, developed the brand voice and messaging, created the in-store experience concept, and established the positioning for their EV charging stations as a natural extension of their core business. We also developed go-to-market strategies and operational frameworks.

The results validated our strategic approach. Go Energy successfully launched with strong brand recognition and customer interest from both segments. The brand successfully positioned itself as a forward-thinking energy retailer, attracting environmentally conscious consumers while maintaining strong relationships with traditional drivers. The integration of EV charging stations created a new revenue stream and positioned Go Energy as a leader in the energy transition, establishing a replicable model for the future of energy retail.
